I am looking for any information regarding my Great-Grandmother Rebecca McCartney

Rebecca immigrated to Canada from Ireland (origin unknown) to work as a domestic on a farm in southeastern Ontario sometime between 1857-1864. She met and married James Bateman on the 14th of April 1864 in Cavan Township, Durham County, Ontario, Canada. They had 12 children:

Wesley J was my grandfather he was married on July 25 1904 to Ethel May Baker. (b June 9 1886 in Carleton, Ontario) and died in 1952 in Port Arthur Ontario. They had 5 children.

Wesley Silmser (my father).
