Wilbur Keller McCARTNEY was born in Juniata, Altoona, Pa. and Died in Wisconsin. He married Ruth Olive Heller in 1924. Ruth Olive was born 2 Aug 1906 in Altoona, Pa. She died 30 Jan 1975 in Altoona, Pa. They have a son, Jack A. McCartney, still living in Altoona, Pa. Ruth Olive's parents were James Wm. & Isabella (FORST) HELLER. If you should have any info on this family, I would like to exchange notes.
